About Us For ten years, Ayama Psychotherapy has been a steady, well established presence in Central Pennsylvania's mental health community. What started in 2016 has grown into a group practice known for the quality of our clinicians, the warmth of our culture, and the creativity we bring to clinical work. We are proud that our referral base comes from a strong mix of physicians, community therapists, and clients themselves. We would happily connect any applicant with current or past team members. Our collegial, caring relationships inside the practice are something we protect on purpose, not something we just say in a job post. The Role We are looking for licensed clinicians who want a workplace that balances independence with genuine support to do meaningful work with clients. You will bring a warm, mindful interpersonal style, real enthusiasm for mind body approaches to therapy, and an appreciation for trauma informed care. We are hiring for two types of employee positions:
Part Time:
For PA licensed clinicians looking to supplement other income with a lighter caseload.
Full Time:
For clinicians available to carry an average caseload of 25 clients per week. This role includes benefits and offers a hybrid schedule (you must be based in PA). We welcome applicants across the full range of experience, from newly licensed to advanced career clinicians, and across theoretical orientations. Responsibilities Maintain a caseload of adult clients (18 and older), consistent with your contract or employment agreement Provide ethical, legally sound, and clinically thoughtful treatment and documentation within your areas of competence Conduct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, and communicate as needed with outside providers Keep your license active and in good standing with your governing state board Participate in case consultation and engage with the practice's culture of genuine self care Qualifications Master's or doctorate in psychology, counseling, or social work Active PA license, or current license eligibility in PA Based in PA and able to see clients in a hybrid format for full time roles References are checked, and we handle that process with discretion. Compensation and Benefits Rates are competitive and commensurate with degree, with listed pay range for Master's level. Both full time and part time positions include benefits, with full time positions eligible for QSEHRA health benefit and paid time off.

Pay:
$35,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
