Toledo, Ohio Schedule:

Approximately 20 hours per month, adjusted as staffing and caseload grow Leveling Up Therapeutics is seeking a clinical supervisor to support our QMHS staff and licensed clinicians across our programs and affiliates. Responsibilities Meet individually with each assigned QMHS at least once a month for documented supervision and clinical support. Meet with assigned LSWs or LPCs weekly, or more often when their schedules, caseloads, or supervision requirements call for it. Review new QMHS training, assess each staff member's demonstrated competencies, and document completion and internal approval to provide assigned services. Review at least five QMHS reports or clinical records each month, provide feedback, and sign when a supervisory signature is appropriate. Review and approve assigned LSW/LPC diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and revisions as required for their work. Help staff address documentation concerns, treatment planning, clinical questions, and client safety issues.

Qualifications:

Active Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S credential, experience supervising behavioral health staff, and strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.

Pay:

$70.00 - $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
