We are a supportive and growing private group mental health practice seeking a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing psychotherapy services. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches. Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety during emergencies. Facilitate specialized counseling services including trauma, grief, addiction, identity-related concerns, and complex clinical presentations. Maintain timely documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and insurance standards. Collaborate with other providers and coordinate client care as needed. Provide telehealth therapy sessions while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation. Maintain a caseload of 10+ client sessions per week while providing high-quality clinical care and documentation. Provide clinical supervision to MHC-LP clinicians through case review, treatment planning guidance, intervention support, and ongoing professional development mentorship.
