Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) working remotely! In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. This position offers the flexibility of telehealth, allowing you to deliver high-quality mental health care from the comfort of your own space. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately document client conditions. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management techniques to ensure client safety during emergencies. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client needs, including working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, grief issues, addiction challenges, and chronic pain. Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation with precise medical terminology and detailed notes on patient care and assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, behavioral health coordination, and research initiatives to improve clinical outcomes. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to provide accessible mental health services across various settings such as outpatient clinics or inpatient facilities. Requirements Valid licensure as an LPC-A or equivalent in your state with eligibility for independent practice. Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities including motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, social work practices, and crisis management. Familiarity with
