Position Overview:

This is an independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling. The role will begin part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on your availability and caseload. We serve clients across the lifespan, including children as young as 4 years old, as well as adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to support client growth and treatment planning Implement treatment plans in accordance with clinical and ethical standards Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation (assessments, diagnoses, progress notes, plans of care) Monitor and document client progress and outcomes Provide community education and outreach when appropriate Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources Participate in data collection, reporting, and program evaluation activities Complete additional duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field Registered Intern or Licensed preferred (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) Experience working with individuals, children, couples, and families Strong understanding of the therapeutic process, confidentiality laws (HIPAA), and professional ethics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, adaptability, and a non-judgmental approach Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
