A Mental or Behavioral Health Counselor works with patients to treat mental health problems. Assesses patients and assists with diagnosis, counseling and crisis intervention. Consults with nurses, doctors and psychiatrists. May work with specific populations, such as youth, senior citizens or substance abusers, in group settings, facilities or hospitals.

One of the following:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field 2 years' direct treatment experience with clients with a mental health diagnosis, under the supervision of a mental health professional (supervised Internship/practicum hours contribute to this experience) Eligible as a Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH (we can assist with submission) Licensed in Washington as a Social worker, Mental health counselor, or other Behavioral health provider or be licensed at an Associate level in one of these disciplines. An application as a Certified or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor is needed until the Associate license is secured. Licensed in Washington as a Behavior Analyst with accompanying Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst. Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks Valid driver's license, clean driving record and auto insurance What we offer:Full Time Employees:
