Job Description

Join Our Clinical Team The Psychiatry and Holistic Health Center is an outpatient behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our goal is to create an environment where clients receive thoughtful, individualized mental health care and clinicians have the support they need to do their best work. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Mental Health Clinician interested in developing a strong outpatient caseload while working alongside a collaborative behavioral health team. We welcome clinicians who are early in their careers as well as experienced professionals looking for a supportive practice where they can continue to grow. The Role In this position, you will provide outpatient psychotherapy services through a combination of in-person and telehealth appointments. Clinicians have access to ongoing referrals and administrative support, allowing them to spend more of their time focused on clinical care and building relationships with their clients.
Responsibilities include:
Completing biopsychosocial assessments and identifying appropriate treatment needs Developing individualized treatment plans based on each client's goals and clinical presentation Providing individual, family, and/or couples psychotherapy Using evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic interventions Evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans when clinically appropriate Completing clinical notes and other required documentation accurately and within established timeframes Coordinating care with psychiatric providers and other members of the treatment team when appropriate Participating in clinical consultation and supervision as applicable Maintaining professional, ethical, HIPAA, and regulatory standards Who We're Looking For Candidates should have: A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or another related behavioral health discipline Eligibility for clinical licensure, an associate-level license, or independent licensure in Massachusetts Strong interpersonal, assessment, and clinical documentation skills The ability to provide services both in person and through telehealth A client-centered approach to behavioral health care The ability to work independently while also collaborating with a clinical team Previous outpatient experience or relevant graduate-level clinical internship experience is preferred; however, we encourage qualified early-career clinicians to apply. Areas of Clinical Interest Our clients present with a variety of behavioral health needs. Experience or interest in treating any of the following is especially valuable: Anxiety and depression ADHD Trauma and PTSD Mood disorders Grief and loss Relationship and family concerns Life transitions Stress and emotional regulation Experience utilizing approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, or other evidence-based modalities is also welcomed.
