Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child therapy based on your experience and interests. Deliver ethical, evidence-based care while building strong therapeutic relationships. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health record. Collaborate with fellow clinicians through consultation and team meetings. Coordinate care with physicians, schools, referral partners, and other professionals when appropriate. Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and HIPAA standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to our positive team culture. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Current Oklahoma LPC, LPC-Candidate, LCSW, LMFT, or license-eligible clinician. Strong interpersonal and clinical skills with a passion for helping others. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families is preferred. Training or experience in EMDR, Gottman Method, IFS, eating disorders, or trauma-informed care is welcomed but not required.
