Duties:

Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for clients Conduct individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients Monitor and document patient progress and behavior Attend weekly supervision meetings

Qualifications:

Master's degree in mental health counseling Previous experience working with individuals with mental health disorders is preferred Familiarity with coding systems used in mental health documentation (e.g., DSM-5) Strong interpersonal and communication skills This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health disorders.
