Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintaining a manageable caseload and developing positive relationships with clients through trust and ethical professional boundaries. Conducting intake assessments to evaluate client needs, ongoing mental health status, and treatment goals. Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are person-centered and reflective of each client's unique journey. Meeting with clients regularly to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge as appropriate. Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate and timely clinical notes to comply with legal and organizational standards. Participating in individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and accountability. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including other healthcare providers, to deliver integrated care to clients. Staying current with best practices in mental health, attending training sessions, and engaging in continuous professional development.
