We are looking for individuals who can hold in-person sessions at least two days per week in our Laurel office for part-time positions and 3 days for full-time salaried positions. This job is not typically a 9-5 and requires flexibility to accommodate clients who work full-time jobs.

What We're Looking For:

We are only hiring W2 clinicians due to IRS regulations Our clients are looking for increasingly more in-person sessions, so we are looking for clinicians with some availability for in-person sessions Licensed or pre-licensed clinicians ready to handle a caseload of at least 12 clients weekly for Part-time. We offer full-time opportunities, which can be discussed after a probationary period. Professionals who resonate with our relaxed yet professional culture. Those licensed to practice in Maryland or DC. Individuals who are dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented, innovative, and enjoy group collaborations. We are especially interested in hiring candidates with experience working with families, adults, and couples, but we welcome all applicants. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations for clients seeking mental health services. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Provide therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention and behavioral health support. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. . Engage in ongoing data collection to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

Earn between $55 and $85 per hour, depending on session type, licensure level, and insurance carrier. We do not offer 1099 positions; this pay scale is based on being a W2 employee.
