Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client through comprehensive assessments and evaluations. Conduct therapeutic sessions using multiple evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Facilitate group therapy sessions for diverse populations, including families and couples, addressing specific mental health challenges. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client treatment outcomes. Maintain and manage clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and mental health research. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily work with individuals and families who experience barriers to accessing necessary mental health services. Your clients may present with a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap in mental health care within the Fort Worth community. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory. Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas. A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is required, preferably within a clinical setting. Strong knowledge and adherence to legal and ethical standards related to mental health practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. USD 70,000
to 90,000, contingent on experience and caseload, with potential for additional income based on client referrals.
