Work Environment This position is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to provide high-quality care from your own space while staying connected with colleagues and clients. Regular virtual team meetings and training sessions will keep you engaged and connected with the organization. Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that may include individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of each client. Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of new clients to gather relevant information and create personalized treatment plans focusing on their unique circumstances and goals. Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to each client's care. Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards. Stay current with the latest mental health trends, research, and methodologies to continually improve the quality of care provided to clients. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a wide variety of clients, including individuals from different backgrounds and experiences with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion will enhance the efficacy of your therapeutic practices and help bridge gaps in care for underserved populations. Qualifications A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required. Must possess a current Washington State license, such as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent, demonstrating your qualifications to practice in our state. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike, facilitating a cooperative and trusting therapeutic relationship. Proficiency in working autonomously as well as within a collaborative team setting, adapting to various work styles and needs of team members. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health services, with a strong track record of client success. Experience working with diverse client populations and familiarity with a range of mental health issues. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to tailor these approaches to meet individual client needs. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
