Job Description
Acceptance Path Counseling is seeking fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW clinicians to join our growing, process-based group practice in The Woodlands/Houston area (77380). We specialize in behavioral and mindfulness-informed approaches that help clients create meaningful, lasting change. Position Overview As a therapist at Acceptance Path Counseling, you will deliver evidence-based mental health services using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), process-based CBT, and mindfulness-informed interventions. Our model moves beyond traditional DSM-5 diagnosis to focus on functional, process-oriented work that builds psychological flexibility and helps clients live more meaningful lives. Essential Responsibilities Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based, collaborative treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation Participate in regular case consultation meetings Engage in ongoing professional development and training Collaborate with other healthcare providers when clinically appropriate Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in Texas Experience with mindfulness-based and behavioral interventions (ACT, process-based CBT, etc.) Strong clinical judgment, ethical standards, and commitment to client-centered care Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Genuine interest in process-based, evidence-informed clinical work Compensation Options We offer W2 employment with two flexible compensation structures so you can choose the right balance of stability and earning potential: W2 Split (Productivity-Based) Guaranteed W2 employee status Competitive base split on the first 25 sessions per week 80% split on all sessions beyond 25 per week Paid based on sessions completed W2 Hybrid - Guaranteed Base
+ Split (Stability

Schedule Requirements Full-time:
Minimum 25 client sessions per week
