We're currently seeking Mental Health Counselors (permit eligible) to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to build toward a full-time caseload based on your goals and availability. This is a flexible position with options for fully remote, hybrid, or in-office work. A minimum of 10 client-facing hours per week may be required. What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth, in-person, or both Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Adhere to all HIPAA, legal, and ethical standards Maintain a quiet, professional home office with reliable access to internet, computer, phone, and video Maintain an active NYS MHC permit and malpractice insurance Commit to ongoing professional development and self-care Maintain a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week
What We're Looking For Required:
A pre-licensed Mental Health Counselor (MHC-P), or permit eligible, in New York State. Experience with virtual counseling Compassionate, inclusive, and client-centered therapeutic approach Strong organization and timely documentation Reliable, private home office setup with internet and video capabilities
Preferred:
Availability to work during peak hours (3-9pm) and/or on weekends. Willingness to work with children (ages 5+), couples, and families.
