Position Details Status:

1099 Independent Contractor (Fee-for-Service) Fee for service position 30 dollars per session/ 50 dollars per intake

Schedule:

Flexible, Hybrid (minimum one day onsite required)

Population:

Adults, Children, adolescents, and families Key Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions for mental health and substance use needs Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates Develop and implement safety and behavioral plans as needed Identify and refer clients for additional services (e.g., psychiatric evaluation, higher level of care) Participate in weekly supervision and monthly team meetings Maintain clinical records in compliance with regulatory and audit standards Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical field Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals experiencing trauma, behavioral health, and/or substance use disorders Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and ability to work independently Experience working with diverse and multicultural populations
