Manasquan, NJ /Hybrid or In Person Options Available Employment Type:
Part-time/ Full time growth- 15 hours minimum

We work with individuals, couples, and families, with trauma, anxiety, codependency, grief, depression, OCD, eating disorders, difficult life transitions, stress, and more! Our team of dedicated professionals works collaboratively in a supportive environment that prioritizes clinician well-being, professional development, and client-centered care.Position Overview:
We are seeking provisionally licensed or fully licensed mental health therapists to join our growing practice, looking to work a schedule that grows to full time, including a minimum of 3 evenings! The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, values collaboration, and thrives in a flexible and supportive environment, working with children, teens, and adults! Bonus if you also hold a supervision certification or are interested in getting one. This role involves providing individual and/or group therapy to a diverse clientele. At the practice, we offer clinical supervision to provisionally licensed staff pursuing full licensure, and also group consultation to fully licensed staff. Our goal is to support your professional growth and help you meet your clinical hour requirements in a nurturing, team-focused setting.Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy to clients in-person and/or via telehealth
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities
Qualifications:
- Fully licensed and Provisionally Licensed (LAC, LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) in NJ.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and Malpractice Insurance (Will help guide you through the process if you currently do not have malpractice insurance).
- Experience with Trauma informed approaches, EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapy, ERP trained/certified a plus, but not needed- willing to train if candidate is open to it!
- Works with children, couples, and open to a weekend day a plus!
