Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy. Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to promote emotional and psychological healing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards to safeguard client confidentiality. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland. A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling-related role, preferably within a clinical or outpatient setting. A strong understanding of legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in mental health practice. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse client population.
