We provide a collaborative environment where therapists are supported professionally and personally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are seeking licensed therapists who are passionate about trauma-informed care and want to grow within a supportive, mission-driven practice. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and 90-day treatment plan reviews. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care using evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical consultation. Maintain ethical and HIPAA-compliant standards of practice.
