We are seeking a licensed therapist who values authenticity, meaningful therapeutic relationships, and helping clients create lasting change. We believe that clinicians do their best work when they have flexibility, support, and the freedom to build a caseload that aligns with their strengths and interests. What You'll Do Provide outpatient therapy services to clients in an office-based and/or telehealth setting Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans and interventions based on clients' goals, diagnoses, and assessment findings and monitor client progress Collaborate with referral sources and treatment team members as appropriate Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring client confidentiality and privacy Build and maintain a caseload that reflects your clinical interests and specialties Practice independently while being part of a supportive team environment Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: Hold unrestricted independent licensure in Arkansas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) Value authentic connection and strong therapeutic relationships Communicate professionally and effectively Are self-motivated and able to manage your schedule independently Enjoy working collaboratively while maintaining autonomy Are committed to ethical, client-centered care Have experience providing trauma informed therapy services working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Five or more years of clinical experience is preferred.
