Behavioral Services, LLC is seeking an engaging and dependable On-Call Behavioral Health Group Facilitator to provide coverage for outpatient and intensive outpatient behavioral health groups as needed. This position is ideal for a behavioral health professional seeking flexible, PRN opportunities. Responsibilities Facilitate structured psychoeducational and therapeutic support groups. Provide coverage for scheduled groups when regular facilitators are unavailable. Follow established curriculum, treatment objectives, and agency protocols. Encourage appropriate client participation and maintain healthy group dynamics. Provide education regarding coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, communication, life skills, and other behavioral health topics. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries. Complete required group documentation and progress notes within agency timelines. Immediately communicate significant clinical, behavioral, or safety concerns to appropriate clinical staff. Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Human Services, Addiction Studies, or a related field preferred. Previous experience facilitating behavioral health, mental health, or substance use groups preferred. Strong communication and group-management skills. Ability to engage diverse client populations. Reliable and able to respond to coverage needs when available. Knowledge of behavioral health documentation requirements preferred. Schedule This is an on-call/PRN position . Hours are not guaranteed and will be offered based on agency coverage needs..
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
