You're fully-licensed as an LMSW or LPC in the State of Michigan (Preferred - Limited licensed practitioners are welcome to apply!). You have 2+ years' experience in a role as a clinical therapist or counselor. You have great interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. You have experience or an interest in trauma healing. You have strong communication skills, both oral and written. You are certified in EMDR or other trauma therapies (or have a strong desire for training in this area). You are open to growth and development, with an understanding that building a full caseload takes time and consistency. You thrive in an environment where you work independently, with minimal supervision. You have a commitment to long-term growth, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Preferred Qualifications Established CAQH profile and individual credentialing with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Aetna, and United Healthcare Familiarity with TherapyNotes or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems. An existing referral network or recognizable presence in the mental health community is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
W-2 Hourly - Flat rate. Range depends on case load, skill level, and overall experience.

Between $75,016.80 and $126,626.69 or more!
