We're currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and empathetic Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join us in providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, or group therapy to clients in an outpatient setting Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of MA or RI Experience providing therapy in outpatient or community-based settings preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical practice Interest in working with children and families
