We are a non-profit community mental health organization that has been dedicated to helping youth and families heal and thrive for over 50 years. We are committed to providing high quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed outpatient mental health services to vulnerable children, adolescents and families in the southeast Los Angeles area. If you are a mental health professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of youth and their families and work in a supportive and caring environment focused on quality client care, professional training and growth and employee well-being, consider applying as a therapist in our outpatient or intensive outpatient programs. You must have a Master's degree in social work or marriage and family therapy from an accredited university. You also must be registered or in the process of registering with the Behavioral Board of Sciences. Child-adolescent mental health experience preferred and bilingual Spanish required. Therapist Role and Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include: Psychosocial/diagnostic/risk assessment Individual/family/group therapy and crisis support Clinical documentation in an electronic health record system Telehealth and in-person services (currently we have a hybrid work policy based on client and agency need) Clinic/school/home—based services depending on client and program needs (currently providing some of our services via telehealth) Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Linkage to other services and resources What We Are Looking For Have a master's degree in social work or counseling psychology from an accredited university Registered or in the process of registering as a
