Job Description

Who We're Looking For:
A pre-licensed (LPC, LSW) or a licensed clinician (LCPC, LCSW) in Illinois looking to have a career in private practice working with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. The position requires the clinician to practice in our office in Bloomingdale with the ability to have virtual sessions based on client requests. The candidate would be responsible for maintaining a caseload of 11-12 sessions per week providing individual counseling with the ability to build into a full-time position with benefits. This is a great position for someone wanting to do a transition from HLOC.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain a part-time case load of 11-12 sessions per week Complete timely documentation for each session, including progress notes and treatment plans Collaborate with other treatment team providers as needed Maintain all necessary requirements for licensure (i.e. weekly supervision, CEUS) Participate in case consultation
Clinical Requirements & Preferences:
Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work, required Interest in working with both adolescents (12-17) and adults 1 year experience in a higher level of care (i.e. inpatient, residential, PHP, or IOP), required Experience in the eating disorder field or willingness to increase knowledge, preferred
Preferred Candidate Characteristics:
Willingness to learn & grow as a clinician, including skills of openness and flexibility Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Ability to problem solve Beliefs aligning with embodiment and anti-diet culture
Pay:
From $55.00 per hour
