Job Description

Overview Pyramid Counseling LLC has been proudly serving Southern WV since 1997. We provide a variety of behavioral health and substance use services, including outpatient counseling, and DUI Safety and Treatment Program services. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable licensed therapist to join our growing team. Position Summary The ideal candidate is a fully licensed mental health professional who enjoys working with a diverse client population and values providing quality, ethical care. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule and the opportunity to work with a variety of referral sources. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and couples counseling services. Provide counseling services for federal program clients. Facilitate DUI Safety and Treatment Program classes/groups as scheduled. Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation. Maintain documentation within established agency timeframes. Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential client care. Collaborate effectively with administrative staff and other clinicians. Attend required staff meetings and trainings. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and agency requirements. Qualifications Active WV independent clinical license. Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation on schedule. Proficiency with EHR and basic computer skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
