Job Description
Overview We are seeking a safe and healthy Licensed Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and commitment of mental health practices and a commitment to patient care and ethical delivery of patient care. Duties Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during therapy sessions. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in treatment planning and collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care strategies. Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients. Experience Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields is preferred but not required. Familiarity with psychopharmacology, medical terminology, and psychotherapy techniques is advantageous. Strong understanding of patient care principles and the ability to apply them effectively. Knowledge of clinical counseling practices and research methodologies related to mental health is beneficial.
