PLPC / PLMFT
License isREQUIRED.
Must be able to pass background check and drug test. Must have an active Louisiana PLPC or PLMFT licenseDuties:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess and address clients' mental health needs
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to help clients overcome challenges
- Assist clients by providing counseling and psychoeducation related to goals in the client's treatment plan.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Requirements:
- Valid license as a PLPC or PLMFT in Louisiana
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse individuals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
