Our practice specializes in supporting survivors of trauma, crime, and relational abuse . We are building a team of compassionate clinicians who are deeply committed to helping clients move from survival to empowerment. We're currently seeking an Oklahoma Pre-Licensed Therapist who feels called to trauma-responsive work and wants to grow within a supportive, mission-driven group practice. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop strong clinical skills, receive thoughtful supervision, and be part of a practice that truly values both client healing and clinician wellbeing. About the Role As a Candidate Therapist at Rooted Survivors Therapy, you will provide telehealth therapy to individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and the impacts of abusive or harmful relationships. Our clinicians work collaboratively and are supported with supervision, consultation, and systems that allow them to focus on what matters most: helping clients heal. This is a w2 position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow your caseload over time. The practice is completely closed every year from December 24 through January 1. You receive accrued paid PTO proportionate to your number of hours worked in the amount of 2 additional weeks of paid time off per year with rollover options.
