We believe that survivors already hold the roots of resilience within. Our mission is to nurture and grow these roots so that people can heal from past harm and rebuild their life while reclaiming their voice and re-establishing a sense of self. Our practice specializes in supporting survivors of trauma, crime, and relational abuse . We are building a team of compassionate clinicians who are deeply committed to helping clients move from survival to empowerment. We're currently seeking an Oklahoma Pre-Licensed Therapist who feels called to trauma-responsive work and wants to grow within a supportive, mission-driven group practice. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop strong clinical skills, receive thoughtful supervision, and be part of a practice that truly values both client healing and clinician wellbeing. About the Role As a Candidate Therapist at Rooted Survivors Therapy, you will provide telehealth therapy to individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and the impacts of abusive or harmful relationships. Our clinicians work collaboratively and are supported with supervision, consultation, and systems that allow them to focus on what matters most: helping clients heal. This is a w2 position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow your caseload over time. The practice is completely closed every year from December 24 through January 1. You receive accrued paid PTO proportionate to your number of hours worked in the amount of 2 additional weeks of paid time off per year with rollover options. Our compensation model is designed to provide both stability and strong earning potential , rewarding you for prioritizing client care while still valuing the time spent on collaboration, training, and professional development.
What You Can Expect:

As you continue to grow with Rooted Survivors, your pay increases to reflect your time, dedication, and professional development. What You'll Do Provide weekly telehealth psychotherapy sessions to clients in Oklahoma Maintain timely and ethical clinical documentation Utilize trauma-responsive approaches in your work with clients Participate in supervision and consultation to support professional growth Support the mission of empowering survivors through compassionate, ethical care Participate in community outreach or psychoeducation initiatives Who Thrives Here You might be a great fit if you: Feel passionate about working with Survivors of Trauma and Abuse Are empathetic, grounded, and emotionally resilient Value collaboration, mentorship, and ongoing learning Want to grow your clinical confidence in a supportive group practice environment Are excited to be part of a practice that is actively building something meaningful Qualifications Registered Candidate in Oklahoma ( LMFT candidate, LPCC candidate, ) with at least 1 year of field work.
