Part-Time W-2 Associate Therapist (AMFT, APCC, or ASW) Roseville, CA + Fair Oaks| Hybrid (In-Person + Telehealth) Advantage Mental Health & Marriage Counseling is a growing private practice with locations in Roseville and Fair Oaks seeking 1-2 Associate Therapists (AMFT, APCC, or ASW) to join as part-time W-2 employees with opportunity for full-time employment . This is an opportunity to build your caseload in a supportive setting while receiving consistent supervision, streamlined systems, and practical mentorship. As a W-2 employee, your payroll taxes, malpractice coverage, and practice systems are handled for you , so you can focus on clinical work rather than administrative burden. Position Overview Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families Maintain a caseload of approximately 15-20 clients per week Offer services in person and/or through HIPAA-secure telehealth Use SimplePractice for scheduling, documentation, and client management Review and approve AI-assisted progress notes for efficiency Participate in at least one hour of weekly individual supervision Keep treatment plans current and communicate any safety or risk concerns promptly Why This Position Stands Out This role is designed to reduce the common stressors associates often face in early practice.
