Clinical Psychologist:

Conduct thorough clinical assessments, including psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Must be proficient in delivering evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral health counseling, and trauma-informed care tailored to each client's needs. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions across outpatient and telehealth settings to promote recovery and resilience. Manage patient care by performing intake evaluations, ongoing patient assessments, crisis intervention when necessary, and treatment planning aligned with clinical ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations. Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and caregivers to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Supervise clinical staff or interns when applicable, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to best practices in clinical counseling and research. Preference to those who specialize in a particular population or modality (e.g., provide certification, postdoctoral training experience) . Experience Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient settings. Demonstrated expertise in child & family counseling addiction counseling, and crisis intervention strategies. Prior experience conducting psychological testing and individual/group psychological assessments for diverse populations. Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and delivering services remotely while adhering to HIPAA standards. Strong background in evidence-based practice approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy for PTSD care, autism spectrum disorder support strategies, and behavioral health interventions. Experience working within hospital environments or medical settings is highly desirable. Supervisory experience guiding junior clinicians or interns is a plus but not required.
