Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients through their mental health journeys. Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a high standard of ethical practice. Engage in collaborative case consultations with a multidisciplinary team to collectively develop effective treatment strategies. Participate in regular professional development sessions to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and enhance your therapeutic skills. Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and community resources to foster resilience. Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize care and ensure effective outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Your practice will primarily involve working with individuals facing an array of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to post-traumatic stress and relationship issues. By leveraging your skills, you will help clients navigate their unique paths to recovery and personal growth, significantly impacting their overall well-being. Qualifications A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of Washington. Proven experience in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques that cater to diverse client needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture therapeutic relationships. Strong problem-solving abilities that enable you to effectively manage complex therapeutic situations. A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and professional development to enhance client care. Preferred Experience Experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a readiness to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with digital tools used for remote therapy sessions, including telehealth systems and electronic record-keeping software.
