The user-friendly therapist portal streamlines documentation, allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing care. You will be part of a collaborative team environment, receiving support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team as needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments using automatically administered symptom self-assessments to establish and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clients' functional improvements and goals. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing the innovative therapist portal, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards. Deliver evidence-based therapy through weekly live video sessions, addressing a wide array of emotional disorders and fostering patient engagement. Collaborate effectively with Brightside psychiatric providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans and enhance treatment efficacy. Build a supportive therapeutic community by collaborating with fellow mental health professionals within our organization to share best practices and resources. Patient Population / Client Focus This role is centered on serving a diverse client base, encompassing individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting adults experiencing a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe emotional disturbances. Qualifications A valid and independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) is required. Additional licensure in multiple states is a significant advantage.
