Key Responsibilities Provide clinical mental health services primarily via secure video chat sessions, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring compassionate care. Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' treatment needs and develop individuals' personalized, person-centered, solution-focused treatment plans. Continuously evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize their potential for recovery. Facilitate the growth of clients' coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities, empowering them to navigate their mental health challenges effectively. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will primarily consist of adults presenting with low-acuity mental health concerns. This includes individuals coping with anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and other non-crisis situations. Emphasizing a recovery-oriented approach, your role will concentrate on empowering these clients to achieve their mental health wellness goals in a supportive, understanding environment. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Current state license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD) issued by the respective state board. Demonstrable interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic and supportive approach to counseling.
