Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for the following: Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client. Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Documenting clinical progress and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic medical record (EMR) software. Participating in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment. Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.
