Job Description

Senior Clinician (Licensed Therapist or Licensed Therapist/Clinical Supervisor) The Leggett Group (TLG) is an independently owned, well-established psychotherapy practice with locations in Roslindale and Framingham, Massachusetts. We have built our reputation by combining exceptional clinical care with a collaborative, intellectually engaging, and deeply supportive workplace. We believe that outstanding client care begins with investing in our clinicians. Our practice offers psychotherapy across a wide range of specialties and is recognized as a leader in perinatal mental health, trauma-informed care, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, and evidence-based treatments including CBT, mindfulness, and compassion-focused psychotherapy. About the Opportunity We are expanding our Roslindale and Framingham teams and are seeking highly skilled, independently licensed clinicians (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) who are passionate about excellent clinical work and thrive in a collaborative environment. We are particularly interested in experienced clinicians who enjoy mentoring others. In addition to maintaining a full clinical caseload, some senior clinicians have the opportunity to provide supervision to our pre-licensed therapists. If you value teaching, consultation, and helping develop the next generation of clinicians, we'd love to hear from you. Why Clinicians Choose TLG We are intentionally clinician-focused. Our goal is to create an environment where therapists can do their best work while continuing to grow professionally.
We offer:
Highly competitive W-2 compensation and comprehensive benefits Beautiful, thoughtfully designed office spaces Outstanding administrative and billing support Customized caseloads that align with clinicians' strengths and interests Regular case consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration Sponsored continuing education and professional development Affinity groups and opportunities for community-building A culture of innovation, consultation, and mutual support Our Values TLG is deeply committed to advancing anti-racism, anti-oppression, and equity in our practice and our community. This commitment is reflected in ongoing learning, accountability, and action. Our clinicians participate in monthly anti-racism training led by a nationally recognized consultant, LGBTQIA+ consultation groups, and regular opportunities to examine how systemic inequities and white supremacy influence ourselves, our work, and the systems in which we practice. We are seeking clinicians who view this work not as optional, but as an essential part of ethical, effective clinical practice. Join Our Team The Leggett Group is an equal opportunity employer. We strongly encourage applications from clinicians whose lived experiences and identities reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. If you are looking for a practice that values clinical excellence, collaboration, professional growth, and meaningful community, we would welcome the opportunity to meet you. We believe the future of mental health care will be built by practices that invest in both clients and clinicians—and we are excited to continue building that future together.
