Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to inform the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.\n Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, enhancing their coping skills and psychological resilience.\n Employ diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring that interventions are customized and responsive to evolving client needs.\n Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, inclusive of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care that integrates various perspectives and specialties for optimal client outcomes.\n Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure high-quality patient care.\n Stay engaged with current research and advancements in mental health through ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and conferences relevant to counseling practices.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n You will work primarily with adults and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Our diverse clientele represents a range of backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and experiences, providing you the opportunity to make a lasting impact on their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n\n A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.\n Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is essential for this role.\n A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services, ideally within a clinical or mental health setting.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.\n Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application across diverse client needs.\n Skill in conducting therapeutic groups and workshops would be an added advantage.\nCompensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 300,000
to $400,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience in the field.
