As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have access to continuous professional support and collaboration, enhancing the care provided to our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized therapy strategies for a diverse client base. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy. Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Engage in weekly supervision and case consultations with colleagues to enhance treatment approaches and ensure the highest quality of care. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated on mental health research and best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus The clients we serve range in age and background, and often face challenges that include anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in providing support to individuals who may otherwise have difficulty accessing mental health services. By utilizing telehealth modalities, you will help bridge the gap for clients with logistical or physical barriers to in-person treatment. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist. A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting. A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the development of rapport with diverse client populations. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team. Preferred Experience Specialization or advanced training in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies to streamline client interactions and documentation. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of
USD 115,000
to 130,000 per year, based on experience and caseload availability.
