Key Responsibilities As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor at Elysium, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of clients, building rapport, and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries. Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address challenges, and plan for future appointments or discharges where appropriate. Creating, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients to ensure continuity of care. Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.
