Illinois is underserved when it comes to quality youth mental health care, and our school district partners in Illinois need strong clinicians. Collaborate with school counselors, support families with psychoeducation, and participate in a close-knit clinical team with regular case consultations. What You Need Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — pre-licensure applicants cannot be considered) Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families Availability Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings Preferred CBT, DBT, or related modality experience School or youth clinical background Active NPI and CAQH
