Job Description

Come work for a growing and thriving private practice! Flowers Solution-Focused Therapy is an intimate, small practice located near Brier Creek and RTP in Durham, NC. Set your own schedule and work flexible hours, either from the office or the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, utilizing various therapeutic approaches such as mental health counseling, crisis management, and behavioral therapy.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care for clients requiring psychopharmacology.
  • Provide case management services to ensure clients have access to necessary resources and support.
  • Specialization in neurodevelopmental disorders and/or trauma-focused therapy to clients a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid state licensure as a Therapist or Counselor.
  • Experience in providing mental health counseling and crisis management.
  • Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its integration with therapy.
  • Familiarity with
CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS
counseling principles and practices a plus.
  • Ability to conduct individual and group therapy sessions effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
  • Understanding of behavioral therapy techniques for addressing various mental health concerns.
