Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team in a hybrid work environment. This role involves providing both individual and group counseling sessions to clients, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and supporting clients through their mental health journeys. Responsibilities Conduct individual counseling sessions tailored to each client's needs, promoting emotional well-being and personal growth. Facilitate group therapy sessions, encouraging peer support and shared experiences among participants. Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on client assessments, ensuring goals are clear and achievable. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all counseling activities, treatment progress, and client interactions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes. Support marketing efforts by participating in outreach activities that promote mental health awareness and services (additional marketing tasks). Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment, continuing education, and licensing requirements. Skills Strong counseling skills with experience in individual and group therapy settings. Excellent communication and active listening abilities to build trust with clients. Ability to develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals. Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and documentation standards. Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote sessions effectively. Licensed or Associate Licensed in mental health fields such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent; associate licensed candidates are encouraged to apply.
