What You'll Do:
Provide individual, couples, and group therapy based on your training, clinical interests, and client needs. Complete assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes accurately and within practice timelines. Manage ongoing client scheduling, rescheduling, and communication. Attend regular supervision, clinical consultation, and team meetings. Coordinate care with clients' other healthcare providers and support systems when appropriate and with necessary consent. Participate in continuing education and professional development. Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming office environment.
What We're Looking For:
Illinois Licensure:
A current LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
Clinical Experience:
Experience providing individual therapy, with experience or interest in couples and group therapy.
Theoretical Orientation:
A foundation in evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, and DBT or experience with IFS, somatic interventions and other integrative approaches. We welcome clinicians who value the mind-body connection.
Specialty Interests:
Training or interest in somatic therapies, trauma treatment and EMDR, couples therapy, group therapy, substance use, eating disorders and body image, chronic pain and illness, or sport and health psychology.
Collaboration:
Ability to communicate openly, share perspectives, seek and receive feedback, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Schedule:
Must be available to see clients until 8:00 p.m. at least two evenings per week or work one weekend day per week.
