Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Therapist (LPC/MSW) to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will help clients navigate mental health challenges, manage trauma, and improve overall well-being through personalized treatment plans. Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Deliver individual, group, family, and child/youth therapy sessions Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions while maintaining clinical documentation standards aligned with HIPAA regulations. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or co-occurring disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts and ensure continuity of care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care using EMR/EHR systems in compliance with clinical ethical guidelines. Experience Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in clinical settings such as outpatient clinics or hospitals. Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and behavior management strategies. Prior experience conducting mental health assessments utilizing ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for diagnostic purposes. Familiarity with telehealth therapy platforms and delivering services remotely while adhering to HIPAA standards. Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Strong understanding of crisis intervention protocols and managing emergency situations effectively. Experience working within clinical documentation standards for medical records and supporting research initiatives related to behavioral health or mental health outcomes.
Pay:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
