Role Overview & Clinical Focus In this role, you will provide specialized, trauma-informed behavioral health services focusing heavily on women across the lifespan. Your primary clinical focus will include: Perinatal, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health (including PMADs) Fertility stress, reproductive grief, and pregnancy loss Hormonal, life-stage, and menopause transitions Chronic health conditions, body image, trauma, and burnout Responsibilities Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, including screening for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), trauma, and social determinants of health. Deliver individual, group, or family psychotherapy via telehealth and/or in-person sessions. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system. Collaborate with internal team members and external medical/psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive, whole-person client care. Engage in ongoing professional development and attend team meetings or case consultations as requested. Attend scheduled individual and group supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements License:

Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Rhode Island (Required).

Experience:

Proven experience providing trauma-informed mental health services, specifically within women's health, maternal, or perinatal care.

Specialized Training:

Perinatal Mental Health Certified or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire date.

Skills:

Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, familiarity with EHR systems, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Benefits of Working with
