Role Overview & Clinical Focus In this role, you will provide specialized, trauma-informed behavioral health services focusing heavily on women across the lifespan. Your primary clinical focus will include: Perinatal, pregnancy, and postpartum mental health (including PMADs) Fertility stress, reproductive grief, and pregnancy loss Hormonal, life-stage, and menopause transitions Chronic health conditions, body image, trauma, and burnout Responsibilities Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, including screening for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), trauma, and social determinants of health. Deliver individual, group, or family psychotherapy via telehealth and/or in-person sessions. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system. Collaborate with internal team members and external medical/psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive, whole-person client care. Engage in ongoing professional development and attend team meetings or case consultations as requested. Attend scheduled individual and group supervision.
