Job Description

Join a mission-driven team transforming Primary Care. The Foundation for Integrated Care (FIC), a nonprofit organization, is seeking passionate, pre-licensed master's-level clinicians to join our growing team as Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians (IBHCs) within busy Primary Care practice. This is a unique opportunity to work in fast-paced medical settings where behavioral and physical health are fully integrated. You'll collaborate closely with pediatric providers to deliver culturally responsive, multidisciplinary care to children and families. At FIC, our mission is to expand access to care, reduce barriers, and improve health outcomes by embedding behavioral health into medical settings, supporting patients early, before challenges become crises. This is not traditional outpatient therapy. As an IBHC, you will work side by side with physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, care managers, and pharmacists to provide brief, evidence-informed interventions within a fully collaborative care model. This approach reduces stigma, improves access, and better serves the communities who need it most.
