Full Job Description Job Summary:

Help older adults thrive by providing compassionate, person-centered behavioral health care that supports their emotional well-being and quality of life. As a Behavioral Health Specialist (LICSW-Therapist), you'll conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to PACE-RI participants. Working as an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), you'll help ensure each participant's behavioral health needs are thoughtfully integrated into their overall plan of care.
