Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Clinician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments and clinical evaluations to accurately diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans. For two days a week. Provide individual, group assessments using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and behavioral therapy. Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety and manage acute mental health episodes effectively. Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management, treatment planning, and medical documentation within electronic health records (EHR/EMR). Engage in clinical research and data collection efforts to enhance evidence-based practices in behavioral health. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding treatment progress, medication management (if applicable), and social support resources. HRO responsibilities such as, recruiting and hiring, employee onboarding, HR compliance, employee retention and culture. Preferred Qualifications. LISCW, LCDP or equivalent Able to practice independently Experience Proven experience working with adolescents, or adults in outpatient settings with a focus on mental health counseling and SUD treatment Strong background in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and behavior management. Familiarity with crisis management protocols and experience providing crisis intervention services. Knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate documentation and billing purposes. Prior experience conducting mental health assessments and treatment planning in outpatient or clinic environments. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations across pediatrics, geriatrics, gender issues counseling, and special education contexts.

Pay:

$72,728.34 - $87,586.82 per year
