Provide individual & group counseling. Conduct program specific lectures. Provide case management services. Conduct drug testing as required. Provide discharge/aftercare planning referral services for successful community reintegration (employment, vocational rehabilitation, housing, etc). Assists other peer supports. Assist with implementation of treatment plans in collaboration with client to reach desired treatment outcomes and intervention strategies. Complete assigned monthly reports. Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment team for purposes of program evaluation development & case management consultation. Maintain clinical documentation on all clients & all services provided from intake to discharge. Ensure clients' confidentiality & clients' rights are maintained. Participate in staff meetings and attend training as required. Position is located at Watkins Mental Health. Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.
