09/13/2026 Job Description Job Description Counseling Clinician Trauma-Focused Practice Are you a counselor who wants to do deeper, more meaningful trauma work-and have the support to develop the skills to do it? We're looking for a compassionate, curious Counseling Clinician to join our growing practice. This position is an opportunity to work with clients while developing specialized skills in trauma-focused and nervous-system-informed treatment. You don't need to already be trained in every modality we use. We're looking for a clinician who is eager to learn, grow, and develop a strong foundation in trauma treatment. Learn & Train In:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Brainspotting Neurofeedback Trauma-informed and nervous-system-focused interventions Evidence-based approaches for PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, and complex trauma Integrative approaches that recognize each client's unique needs and healing process Who We're Looking For We'd love to meet a clinician who: Is a licensed or provisionally licensed mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LISW/LCSW, or applicable equivalent) Has a genuine interest in trauma and helping clients move beyond simply managing symptoms Is curious about how the brain and nervous system influence emotional health Is excited to learn innovative and evidence-informed treatment approaches Is compassionate, emotionally attuned, and genuinely present with clients Values collaboration, consultation, supervision, and continued professional development Is willing to grow alongside a team that is passionate about excellent clinical care This Is More Than a Job We want to create a practice where clinicians can grow their clinical identity and build specialized expertise rather than feeling like they have to figure everything out on their own.
